Herbal Coffee Mushroom Latte

A little disappointed, the first batch had yummy medium size coconut balls in the mixture. The last batch was ground much more, so you didn’t get that nice pop in your mouth coconut taste. I did email when ordering my third lot to ask not to grind the coconut as much. I received a reply that this would be done. Unfortunately it was not and when I emailed this to them, I was told it would be too difficult to meet my request. So I am a bit confused as my first order was made like this and I was told my third order would be the same as the first.
