Description North on the poster is out to the left which always confuses me. Initially the subdivision was offered as a private sale and was advertised throughout Victoria from 1921 and eventually went to auction on the 5th of December 1925. Streets covered include Heatherdale, Purches, Blossom, Nymph, Waewa, Kulnine and Culwell Avenue.
