Post Office Estate 21st of April, 1888 – Camberwell

Description A small subdivision of around 3 acres, 23 allotments, very close to the end of the “Land Boom”. I could find no newspaper reports on the success of the sale. There is no explanation for the shading on lots 11, 12 and 13 – maybe sold or retained by the owner. The subdivision runs the full length of Wilson Grove, both sides, from Camberwell Road to Smith Street.
